Ragi is a well-known super food, and Ragi malt is a healthy breakfast drink made from Ragi flour.

It’s a perfect drink you keep your weight in check. Ragi has a cooling nature which makes it the drink to be consumed in summer or hot days.

There are many other health benefits that makes Ragi malt one of the health drinks like

  • It keep your weight in check, and aids in weight loss.
  • Ragi is rich in iron that helps get rid of anemia.
  • It has comparatively higher amount of protein than other cereal food making it good source of protein for vegetarians.

Point before you drink Ragi malt

If you’re suffering from kidney stone problem you should not consume ragi as it’s a good sources of calcium. Ragi is high in fiber so make sure to drink more water than normal, drinking less water may cause constipation.

  • Ragi flour (3 to 4 table spoon).
  • Lemon juice
  • Yogurt

Recipe

  • Take ragi flour (3-4 tablespoon) in a bowl, add enough water to make a paste.
  • Boil half a cup of water, and add the ragi paste.
  • let it boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Once cooled down, add lemon juice and yogurt, and mix-well.

  • Honey (1-2 tablespoon)
  • Water

  • Boil the water first, make sure when you drink it. it;s lukewarm.
  • Add lemon juice, and honey.

Carrot milk just doesn’t taste good but it is also packed with essential nutrients. Having this drink anytime is good enough there is no best time to consume this drink.

Carrot Milk is high in anti-oxidants, vitamin A and other nutrients.

Drinking too much carrot juice can lead to carotenemia, a temporary condition where skin takes on a yellowish tint from too much beta-carotene in the blood .

Ingredients

  • Carrot (1 medium sized).
  • Milk (200 ml).
  • Honey or jaggery (optional).

Recipe

  • grate one medium sized carrot
  • Boil a little bit of water and add grated carrot to it.
  • Once it gets boiled add 200 ml milk.
  • further boil it so extra water get evaporated.
  • If you want to sweeten it add honey or jaggery.

Coriander lemon drink as like to call it fat cutter drink. Don’t misjudge the drink by it’s name it’s not a miracle drink that will cut down your fat, but to some extent it will help you in the fat cutting process.

  • Lemon juice (1 medium sized lemon)

  • Apple (1)
  • Flax seed (1 tablespoon)
  • Plain yogurt (1/2 a cup)

  • Cut the spinach leaf’s in half.
  • Cut 1 apple
  • Add them together in blending jar with plain yogurt, add one tablespoon of flax seed
  • Blend it and enjoy it.
